A week's over and done with.
JC life's been really busy and rigorous, with early wake-ups, dizzy bus rides, crazy timetables, council meetings etc.
But at the very least, I'm glad to have friends there to liven things up, be it class, council, el or my usual bunch of great friends.
Lessons-wise, obviously the workload is building up (and pw hasnt kicked in). There are (some) boring lessons, difficult (math) tutorials, think-you-understand-but-then-again-not-really (econs) lectures/tutorials, pretty interesting (bio) lectures/practicals etc.
EL's on fridays and saturdays, which means I cant go for tennis lessons till maybe, May? Hmm, how am I gna answer to Coach? Feel darn guilty, and I will certainly miss playing tennis!
Oh, but el would be fun! & I needa improve on improv. HAHA.
That aside, yst was PA dinner. Sad that we cldnt meet up with the others at bukit timah (cuz 174's always full). Ended up at subway JP, where we realised the effects of the i-thought-it-was-over recession and had funny chats.
Today was dept meeting. Attendance was pretty disappointing, though it's definitely more than half lah. Lessons learnt were fruitful, insights were alright, ideas were crazy (and mostly, good). Dept lunch was spent at pepper lunch (i bet our jnrs were obssessed over pepper lunch!) de-boning my unagi, talking about obs (our year4 juniors are high over it), career aspirations, jc life (that's what happens when you have jx around. Haha, insightful guy) and all.
And the best part was that I had a chance to nap after I reached home... from 4 to 7.30. Damn shuang considering the shag-ness (?) after a whole week of school. But I'm still tired... And staring at me are:
1. GP Homework (article review and compre)
2. Math tutorial & assignment
3. Chem tutorial
4. Econs tutorial (to write everything out in prose)
5. EL character play and interpretation (psychologically speaking)
I want more crazy chats, rants and laughs over frappes. Hilarious and insightful. Strengthens the bond, and makes me realise just how similar we are.
