How do you tell someone (s)he's wrong?
How do you tell someone you're unhappy with em?
How do you tell someone that without hurting?
I guess that has been one of my greatest problems. I'm afraid what I say might offend others, pressurise others and such. And so, I choose to shut up and solve the problems myself. But ever so often, I meet with little success, if any to speak of.
But if I change, perhaps I'll be greeted with stares and annoyance, possibly not greeted at all.
Perhaps that's the price leaders have to pay; an essential sacrifice for effectiveness.
Or perhaps it's just me.
Sorry for the reflective tone.
