1 week ago, at this time, I would have just gotten out of the sea after the exhilarating jetty jump, tongue lingering with the salty sensation of the water and fingers wrinkled.
1 week ago, at this time, I would have been on the shore chatting with Joash, Jerry and Win and joking our heads off.
1 week ago, at this time, I would have been on mosquito-cum-ant-cum-sandfly infested Pulau Ubin.
1 week ago, at this time, I would have been getting ready to shout "BALLS", along witht the rest of G Division, when Kenny shouted "Golf".

and 1 week later, at this time, I am still missing the experiences and the friends made.

7. Emerges home with a body full of cursed mosquito and ant bites
8. Craves for photos that were taken as a result of a cam-gigolo session
9. Develops an amazing ability to smack any innocent passing ant or mosquito with high speed and accuracy
10. Possesses the strong desire to return & conquer THAT rock wall at Camp Resilience
11. Misses hanging out with Nat Camp friends
12. Enthusiastically spreads the new nicknames and awfully embarrassing observations on Puff Daddy, to any willing listener

Stop your rebellions.
I know you're unhappy with me, or maybe it's just your personality (tho i think it's th latter).
Bt pls do not show your unhappiness by skipping functions. It doesnt make yourself cool, nor does it make me sorry for whatever you are unhappy about me. It just makes me detest you more.
Face it. You have not much power or influence. We are trying not to deprive you of power or condemn you, but if this is your attitude (when the function is like two days away), I will not hesitate to take action against you, and i mean NO HESITATION. Try me if you dare.
I'm giving you another chance so pls treasure it or your pathetic low life will be reduced to nothing. I'm prepared to get him to remove that stripe of yours if need be. You're not acting like one.
All I ask is for your dedication and true willingness. Is that too much to ask for? Esp when you are EXPECTED have done so already?

Have been uber tired in the mornings, bt from tomorrow, I shall make an attempt to get involved and not leave or the work to you guys, or miss out on chit chats.
I dun wanna lose the bond, nor do I wanna deprove in my skills. But most imptantly, I dun wanna see you guys slogging it out when I'm not helping at all.
Before I decide tht I dun belong, I'll give myself one last chance to try it out. & I'm gonna do my best.

Had NCC ROD '08 on Friday, 1st August 2008!
It was a great success as what Snr Chern Yi and Kah Sing commented!
Way to go, Charlie! We rocked the night!
Starting at abt 3pm, we played games tht comprised of balloon games, dodgeball, the traditional flour game and all tht. Was spammed with loads of flour. Haha, bt it was fun while it lasted. Aft tht, we scrambled to do up the Hall aft NAPFA was finally over. (Wad perfect timing eh) Some of us prepared the dinner set up and gifts, bt we all managed to do it in time. :)
Ushered in the seniors and went on stage to host the night with qian hui and jia lun. Haha, it was great fun watching the various performances tht we simply hilarious or simply awe-inspiring (like snr ks' dance). Was kinda worried about out skit, bt it ended up terrific, with snr ks even asking us to perform more in th future. Can you believe it? Esp since we had v little rehearsal time. Yeah, Charlie imba! Combined performance was nice and we ended off with the NCC song which was kinda nostalgic when we were brought bck to affirmation ceremony in Year 1.
All in all, I'd like to thank all cadets for their support and all specialists for doing your very best to make this a success, frm the shopping to the games and to the programme. Charlie rules! Sorry if I blowed my top at some of you guys, but it was just unacceptable then. Thanks alot for coming down, seniors and thx alot PA!! You guys were great!

2/8 was Animal Farm at DBS Arts Centre.
It was a great performance which got the essence of the book and brought the entire satire alive, and comprehensible to political idiots like me who are simply clueless at politics or governmental issues.
Met up with yong zhi and yujie for dinner at The Central before heading down to DBS Arts Centre for the show. Met some Part C specialists there too and apparently, I'll seniors are stillinto our skit with people claling us Adrianna, Windy and Sunny. Hahahahaha.
